If approved, we’ll arrange for a replacement.

Yes, shipping fees are based on the order value:
• Rs. 50 for orders up to Rs. 500
• Rs. 100 for orders between Rs. 501 and Rs. 2000
• Free delivery for orders above Rs. 2001

In case of returns, courier charges may apply, and customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We do not offer refunds for shipping charges.

Custom-sized orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.
Please ensure that the measurements provided are accurate, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements for incorrect sizes.
